Hey everyone! I just wanted to apologize for being a little quiet lately. My husband recently started a new job, and since we’re a family-owned business with just one truck, it made it tough to keep everything running smoothly for a bit.

He installs granite and quartz countertops STONE X BY B so yes, I don’t just flip mini pancakes, I flip countertops too! 😄

Now that the weather is warming up, I’m excited to say Mini Amor Cafe will be starting back up again soon. Thank you all so much for your patience, support, and love. I truly appreciate every one of you and can’t wait to get back to it! 💕

I’m hoping to be back up and running this week. My trailer was being repaired, and with my husband starting a new job, hauling it has been a little difficult.
