Hi everyone! We want to thank the community for the wonderful support and care they showed us here at the bagel company! We are sad to report that we will not be re-opening to the public. The feedback we got from our customers was indispensable. We perfected recipes and built a long-term asset base. Even with those vital elements, the seasonal nature of the market and the dependence on the University created a challenge to consistent profitability, multiplied with having to shut down due to COVID-19.
We are as of now in Atlanta and working on entering into wholesale. We are very excited to continue to offer our perfected bagels and cream cheeses! We were able to accomplish so much in the time we were open.
We want to thank Boiling Springs Property Management for working with us as we determined our viability in the community.
I want to give a HUGE thanks to Teresa Mann for being with us every step of the way and going above and beyond in supporting the company as well as the other staff who worked so lovingly and hard while you were there. I hope the staff looks back on this time, albeit short-lived, with fondness. I know that Matt and I (Mary) could never have done it without such an amazing and willing staff. You were a home away from home. Pray for us as we explore the landscape in Atlanta!
