Our Apple Streusel Dessert Pizza starts with a 12" portion of our signature hand-stretched dough, topped with fresh apple, butter, brown sugar and vanilla, then covered with sweet streusel and baked until golden.

A drizzle of icing finishes it off for the perfect warm fall dessert. 🍎🍂

🍕 OCTOBER FEATURED PIZZA: THE GABRIELLA

Chicken Parm meets Carmella’s pizza!

The Gabriella starts with our signature hand-stretched, hand-tossed dough and house red pizza sauce, then gets topped with breaded chicken breast, garlic, and our three-cheese blend of mozzarella, Parmesan, and provolone.

After baking, we finish it with fresh basil and a swirl of our house-made marinara for that unmistakable Chicken Parmesan finish.

What you’ll do:
• Run food from the kitchen to our guests
• Bus, clean, and reset tables
• Assist servers throughout the dining room
• Help keep service moving during busy shifts
• Jump in wherever the team needs you

We’re looking for people who are energetic, dependable, friendly, and ready to work.

Our hand-stretched dough paired with PizzaMaster Zak's house-made vodka sauce, then topped with thin-sliced prosciutto, whole milk mozzarella, dollops of creamy ricotta, and finished with stripes of house-made basil pesto.

🍕 EARLY CLOSING ALERT 🍕

We are officially SOLD OUT of pizzas for the night and are closing early! Our dough mixer was being serviced this morning, which unfortunately limited how much dough we could prep today. We are incredibly grateful for tonight’s dinner rush and will be back Sunday with a full stock of fresh dough. See you then!
