📢 IMPORTANT OCTOBER UPDATE

The Boerne Rod Run that was originally scheduled to coincide with Boerne Market Days in October has changed dates and has been moved to the FIRST weekend of October.

Please note that Boerne Market Days does not control or manage the Rod Run or its scheduling.

Boerne Market Days WILL still take place in October as usual. ❤️

We understand there may be questions regarding this change. Our team is working as quickly as possible to navigate the new schedule and determine the best plan moving forward.

🙏 Please give us until later this week to provide additional details and updates.

💙 Boerne Market Days 💙

Our hearts are with our neighbors throughout the Texas Hill Country, especially the communities of Comfort and Kerrville, who have been hit especially hard by these devastating floods.

After yesterday’s severe weather in our area and today’s dangerous flooding farther west, we want to encourage everyone to please make safety your top priority. Stay off flooded roads, follow guidance from local officials, and never attempt to drive through high water.

Please join us in praying for the families affected, those who have experienced loss, the first responders, and the volunteers working tirelessly to help those in need. We are praying for protection, comfort, and strength for every person impacted.

The Hill Country is strong because of its people. Let’s continue to support one another, check on friends and neighbors, and help where we can when it’s safe to do so.

Stay safe, everyone. We’re keeping all of the Hill Country in our thoughts and prayers. ❤️🙏

🚨 Vendor Reminder – Sunday Load-Out Procedures 🚨

As a reminder, vendor vehicles are NOT permitted to pull up along the sides of the Main Plaza until your booth is completely broken down, packed up, and ready to be loaded into your vehicle.

Please do not reserve parking spaces or stage vehicles before the market has officially closed. Reserving spots early or bringing your vehicle to the plaza before you’re ready to load is a violation of the Boerne Market Days parking policy.

These procedures help keep the plaza safe, prevent traffic congestion, and allow everyone to enjoy the market until closing time.

Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep Boerne Market Days running smoothly for our vendors, shoppers, and downtown businesses. We appreciate you!
