Today is my last day working at 28 Songs Brewery and Kitchen! I will being working at Carmella's Pizza Parlor full time starting next week with Don Kretz to get this awesome restaurant up and going 🔥. Shooting for Soft Opening late June or early July. Stay tuned for updates.

The oven has arrived! And what a beast it is! It took 4 of us and 2 pallet jacks to get it inside and it’s on wheels!
