Mido’s superior culinary talent caught the attention of the world-famous, “Benihana” restaurant, who sponsored and brought him to the United States, to be a chef at their wildly popular Miami location. In Tamarac, 2017, to the great delight of sushi lovers everywhere, Mr. Mido proudly opened his own, award-winning, exquisite, Japanese restaurant, “Sushi Raku”.
