Employee Spotlight⭐️

Say Hi to Brayden and Alex! Recently, Alex got a shoutout on Facebook, and after seeing how much love and recognition that post received, it reminded us that we have some pretty awesome team members here at the Boardman DQ. 🍦❤️

Alex, despite his young age, is one of those employees who brings a great attitude to work, works hard, and is always willing to learn more. He is one of our superstars in the Chill area and just recently started learning Service. He has been working extremely hard to master the skill set of strong hospitality, but he is determined to master it. He has very quickly became an important part of our team and clearly our community has recognized that.

We are also privileged enough to have Alex’s older brother, Brayden, working for us as well. Brayden has worked with us since he was 15 years old, with his first shifts starting at the Canfield Fair. We’ve watched Brayden grow up and grow with us; getting his license, graduating highschool, and starting college at YSU are just some of the wins we have celebrated alongside Brayden. Brayden can be seen working in any position at the Boardman DQ, he has it all mastered!

It’s pretty awesome seeing the love we can get from our community. We are so grateful that you see the hard work these outstanding employees contribute every single day. We are extremely proud of what our team has accomplished and continues to work on every single day.
