Under the creative direction of Executive Chef Sean Kelly and Chef Tien Kelly, our kitchen is well stocked with both fresh ingredients and talent. Our chefs have been trained at some of America’s top culinary schools bringing their enthusiasm for producing creative food to your table. Kelly’s Steak and Seafood offers a menu of food and beverages with a distinctive Pacific Northwest image. Our kitchen is committed to serving only the finest products, and receives daily shipments of fresh, beef, seafood and poultry. We serve only 28 day aged Midwest beef and our ahi tuna is flown in fresh from Hawaii. All of our beef and poultry and most of our seafood comes from the same company that supplies the White House!
