However, if you were to try it just once, you would surely want to eat it again—for this dish is both delicious and beneficial for your health. The pancake is made from rice flour and turmeric starch, which is precisely why I say it is good for our well-being. Furthermore, it is served alongside fresh herbs and dipped in a delightful sweet, sour, and spicy fish sauce.
