Here at Paulie’s, our passion is to make customers feel like part of our family by sharing the authentic flavors and Old World traditions we grew up with. We’ve learned that simple recipes made with fresh ingredients are how Italian food was intended to be made. Using fresh mozzarella that’s hand-made daily, San Marzano tomatoes from Italy, and dough made from scratch shows how we specialize in 800 degrees of coal fired perfection!
