Here are our current coffee offerings! All fresh roasted once you order and porch pickup in Bluffton, IN.
I do have a few extra medium roasts just roasted of PNG, Brazil, Kenya, Uganda, and Colombia.
As always, there is only one ingredient: coffee! The flavor comes from the soil/terroir, bean varietal, and processing method (washed/natural).
Kenya - Kirinyaga
Taste Notes: Lighter roasts have rhubarb, grapefruit, blackcurrant, salted caramel, and floral aromas. Medium roast notes are tangerine, buttery taffy, stroopwafel, and coconut with some chocolatey tones. Darker roasts are more mellow with a honey bitterness, slight orange notes, and chocolate.
Papua New Guinea - Simbai
Taste Notes: Sweet, earthy aromatics with taste notes of dried fig or plum, followed by almond paste or almond croissants, finished with a creamy hot cocoa.
My favorite: It has a creaminess that is unmatched! It almost tastes like ice cream sometimes!
Brazil - Cerrado
Taste notes: Cacao nibs, molasses, walnuts, and very low acidity. The coffee has a traditional cafe taste that is very smooth, mellow, and balanced with a thick body.
Uganda - Rwenzori
Light roasts have a sweet and lively taste of mango, strawberry creme, and graham cracker while medium and dark roasts bring out more chocolate notes of gooey brownie, strawberry jam, date syrup, and butterscotch. This coffee is also mild acidity, but still full of lovely flavor and a clean texture.
Mexico Decaf - Water Process
Taste Notes: Silky milk chocolate and oatmeal cookie followed by lovely orange citrus notes
This decaf coffee has undergone a chemical free Mountain Water Decaffeination Process that removed 99% of the caffeine.
Espresso Blend
Taste Notes: Rich chocolate, subtle sweetness like molasses, nutty, full-bodied.
A perfect blend of Brazil, Colombian, and Uganda beans to use for espresso based drinks.
Colombia - Huila is also offered still!
Taste Notes: Sweet acidic notes of dried fig, green tea, green grape, and milk chocolate Heavy body & moderate acidity – definitely a unique flavor profile and brings in some Indonesian complexity Origin: Simbai, Papua New Guinea Altitude: 1600 – 1900 MASL Process: Washed Variety: Bourbon, Typic...
