Some of the best wedding moments are the ones you never see coming.

At Anna & Austin’s beautiful celebration at the Sonesta, I was getting ready for our Millefoglie Experience when something completely unexpected happened. A few members of the family walked up wearing chef hats, ready to help me.I couldn’t stop smiling.

They had absolutely no experience making a Millefoglie, but that didn’t matter. They jumped right in, laughed through every step, carefully layered the pastry, spread the cream, and had the time of their lives. Before we knew it, everyone around us was smiling, cheering, and taking photos.

Those are the moments that remind me why I love offering this experience. It’s never just about building a dessert. It’s about creating memories, bringing people together, and giving families a chance to be part of something they will remember long after the last slice is gone.

Anna & Austin, thank you for trusting me to be part of your celebration. And to your amazing family... thank you for the surprise. You made the Millefoglie Experience even more unforgettable than I ever could have planned.

Inspired by the traditions of Italy, we bring the fun directly to your celebration. Instead of serving pre-filled cannoli, we fill each shell fresh in front of your guests, creating an interactive dessert moment that is as entertaining as it is delicious.

Guests can watch the process, choose their favorite toppings, and enjoy a perfectly crisp cannoli filled at the exact moment it is served. Pistachios, chocolate chips, sprinkles, almonds… every cannoli becomes a little personal masterpiece.

Meredith & Turner at the beautiful The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa.

We had the honor of creating both the wedding cake and groom’s cake for Meredith & Turner’s special day. The groom’s cake was designed to reflect Turner’s roots and personality, featuring details inspired by a blue crab, Auburn University, and a playful tiger mascot perched on top. The wedding cake, on the other hand, embraced a timeless and elegant style that perfectly complemented their celebration.

These two were so much fun to work with from start to finish. Their enthusiasm and excitement for every detail of the day were truly contagious, and you can see that joy shining through in every photo.
