Iberian Duroc Long-Bone Pork Chops.

If you haven't had this breed before — this is the pork chop that eats like a steak. Incredible marbling from a cross of Iberian + Duroc, raised on small family farms with no antibiotics or added hormones. Ever.

First come first served at the butcher counter. When they're gone, they're gone until next week.

These Bluffton favorites are back in stock at Lowcountry Fresh! 🤍

One of the things I love about Lowcountry Fresh is how much they support local. They buy from local farmers, carry products from local makers, and really put their money back into our community.

I sure appreciate businesses like this that choose to support the people who live and work right here in the Lowcountry, and I’m grateful they continue to carry my work too.
