If you haven't heard, we are FINALLY OPEN!!

To thank you all for your patience and support we will be open this Saturday for LUNCH with half-price pizzas, specials on appetizers, a special sandwich, and full-price drinks (this is Utah).

Starting today, Canyon Smokehouse will be open
🕘 4-9pm, Thursday through Monday evenings, ensuring your busy spring schedules are fueled with delicious BBQ favorites!

To top it off, we're sporting a new coat of paint thanks to the incredible . We are loving the southwest vibes, which pair, perfectly with our specialty tacos (Birria, anyone?!) and a nice, cold beer. 🤎

Our Valentine’s Day dinner on Saturday, 2/14/26 is fully booked! Thank you so much for the love. We will not be able to accommodate walk-in guests that evening, but we hope to see you soon!

Outside of Valentine’s Day, Canyon Smokehouse is open during our regular hours: Thursday–Monday | 4–8 PM

What a beautiful day for flying at the 27th Annual Bluff Balloon Festival!

We are grateful for all the wonderful people who supported small businesseses like Canyon Smokehouse this weekend in Bluff. We are beyond thankful to get to serve such an awesome community, as well as awesome visitors! We will be open Sunday and Monday from 4-8pm, so you can keep enjoying the holiday weekend!
