I don’t believe AI is ready to take over just yet!

I use AI to create simple advertisements for my business. I’m not a fan of AI for all the obvious reasons but it does help me make affordable FB posters quickly.

A quick note about brisket: my cost has climbed to $5.99 per pound, so I’ve had to raise the brisket price to $175.

The Saturday Reserve is owner-operated. I cook only what customers order, and without the overhead of running a full restaurant, I can keep my prices below many competitors and current market pricing. My goal is to bring you the best meat at the best price I can.

Orders close Thursday , October 8, at 8 PM. Saturday pickup is at 12 PM or 5 PM.

Anyone else ever see a Bald Eagle(s) around Bluff Dale? I took this picture off FM 205 near FM 2481. To my untrained eye, it appeared to be a bald eagle. When it flew off it was very large and had white tale feathers. It appeared to be exactly what a bald eagle would look like to me.

The Double D Workday Club keeps it simple. I offer fresh breakfast and lunch drop-offs Monday through Friday for businesses, work crews, schools, churches, organizations, and other groups.

Employees can purchase their own individual meals, or I can work directly with the company or group to arrange payment for the entire order. We can set it up in whatever way works best for your situation.

BREAKFAST — $12 per person
Build-your-own breakfast tacos with eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, and cheese. Each person receives three tacos. Tortillas and salsa are included.

LUNCH — $12 per person
Choose a chopped brisket sandwich or a quarter-pound sausage link and bun, served with your choice of Lay’s plain chips or potato salad.

The Saturday Reserve is my way of bringing fresh, smoked Double D BBQ to your table, one order at a time.

I only cook what’s ordered, and it’s all just for you. I shop for the food, fire up the smoker, and prepare your order fresh for Saturday pickup. Think of me as your personal barbecue pit master for the day—whether you’re feeding the family, hosting friends, or getting the crew together.

I’m not trying to take over the barbecue world or build some giant operation. I want to keep doing what I love: cooking food I’m proud of for people who love to eat it. The Saturday Reserve lets me share my BBQ, enjoy the work, and make a living doing something I’m passionate about.

Pick up your order Saturday, or if you spend $100 or more, I can deliver for a small gas fee.
