No. We did not change the recipe. The market for dairy products has been up and down and for a while and in December, we couldn’t find our regular mozzarella or provolone for our frittata. For a while, had to use the more expensive stuff we could hardly afford. You can taste why it’s a bit more expensive. It’s richer, creamier, more buttery, and almost nutty. Fortunately, we have an awesome purchasing agent and he’s been getting us the expensive cheese for the lower price for months now. You’re awesome, Chris!
