‼️Due to the extreme heat that is forecasted for next Saturday, August 22 🥵the Bite of Blue Springs will be cancelled for August 22, 2026.

We apologize for the inconvenience but out of an abundance of caution and for the safety of all of the food truck staff and community members, we feel that this is the best decision for all. We hope to see you the 4th Saturday in September and October for the last two events of the season‼️
