You’ve probably noticed by now that I have a bit of an obsession with Korean flavors. They seem to find their way onto our menu and specials whenever I get the chance... and honestly, I’m not mad about it.

So, here we go again.

Meet the **Seoul Burger**: a juicy beef patty topped with house-made Korean BBQ sauce, gochujang mayo, crispy fried shallots, white American cheese, pickled red onion, sesame slaw, and fresh green onion, all piled onto a toasted ciabatta bun.

If your looking for something a little different from our classic smash burger, I highly recommend you giving this one a try!

A couple of creations made with a whole lot of love this week.

Sometimes, as a restaurant owner, I get so caught up in all the behind-the-scenes work that I forget what I love most about this job.

I love creating food and drinks that bring people together. There’s nothing better than dreaming up a new special, seeing our guests enjoy it, and watching something that started as an idea become someone's favorite meal or cocktail.

Which brings me to this week's specials...

Meet the Sunrise Chorizo Taco—loaded with chorizo, a sunny-side-up egg, avocado, cotija, diced tomato, pickled red onion, fresh cilantro, all wrapped in a warm tortilla.

And to wash it down, our Blueberry Mint Mule—made with Tito's, homemade blueberry syrup, fresh mint, lime, and ginger b**r. It's bright, refreshing, and perfect for summer.

We hope you love these as much as we loved creating them for you!!

Every year we learn something new and every year we are committed to making this celebration even better than the last.

We know there have been speed bumps the last two years with wait times for food and drinks and we are listening! Our goal has always been to create an event that's fun, relaxed, and memorable for everyone and this year we've made some BIG changes to help make that happen!

🍻NEW this year: DRINK TOKENS! We will be selling drink tokens that you can use at both bars. We really believe this is going to keep bar lines moving much faster since our staff won't be having to use the point of sale and process transactions for each drink order.

🍴We're catering the food this year with some KILLER mac & cheese, house made fried chicken and cheddar biscuits.

We are SO excited for this year's celebration and truly think it's going to be our smoothest, most fun event yet.
