I’m excited to arrange these pretty zinnias around the restaurant! Sometimes my dad jokes with my mom and I asking if we are a flower shop or a restaurant😅. We can have both lovely flowers and top notch Japanese food!
We are working on some exciting skewers! Hint: they are not of our meat/chicken variety. We will be doing some tests today and should be out in a couple of days. Take care everyone. GANBATE! japaneserestaurant

Things are getting back into gear now. School is starting and the weather is a little more mild. It is good to appreciate family, friends and the little things in life. We made a houjicha (roasted green tea) and vanilla bean panna cotta. Beautiful snapper and bigeye tuna today. The snapper was one of the bigger ones we have gotten with nice fat content. japaneserestaurant
