Hello to all my bistro facebook friends. As you know my daughter Angelica has been helping me at the Bistro for quite a few years. she has been a blessing to me . She was the pizza chef working in the kitchen and also helped me in so many other tasks that are needed to run the bistro. Now she has been accepted in a very unique type of institute. she will be leaving this coming Monday. I wish her the best to persue what she likes. We kept the Bistro open through the pandemic which was not easy, but we did it. At this point I do not have anybody to replace her so I decided that I will close the Bistro now temporarely for a few weeks and kind of take a breather for a while and reflect a bit. I will let you know when it will open again. Thank you for your patronage and your understanding. Robert
