After years of dreaming and planning, we re-opened the doors here at 922 Main Street. On May 22, 2017, The Speckled Trout Restaurant & Bottle Shop was renovated and reinvented, marking a new beginning for this corner in downtown Blowing Rock. With dishes celebrating High Country cuisine, focusing on seasonality and locality, our menu can satisfy a multitude of appetites; whether it’s something fresh and clean, or a touch richer (check our website for seasonal menu). To accompany our southern regional fare, our beverage program is sure to keep your palate hydrated. Prohibition-style cocktails, craft beers and ciders, as well as w**e on tap are just a few of the focuses in our beverage program. Did we mention we have a bottle shop to take our beverages to go? Whether you make it in for one of our local music nights, a weekend w**e tasting, or just to take in the corner of Main Street and your access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, we can’t wait to serve you up an authentic Appalachian experience at The Speckled Trout Restaurant and Bottle Shop!

• Assistant Restaurant Manager
• Experienced Line Cooks
• Experienced Bartenders

Hours: Full-time positions available, with part-time opportunities depending on availability and role.
