Bellum’s Schneeballen, featuring Alan in his lederhosen. 😄🇩🇪

Alan is my business partner, co-owner, and the person who has been right beside me helping turn this idea into something real.

Bellum’s Schneeballen has taken a lot of planning, long nights in the kitchen, problem-solving, laughs, and plenty of moments where we’ve looked at each other and wondered what we got ourselves into.

But building something together has made this whole experience mean so much more. Alan and I share Bellum’s Schneeballen 50/50, and I couldn’t ask for a better person to share this adventure with.

And now, after all the planning and preparation, we’re finally getting ready for our GRAND OPENING at the Bloomsburg Fair! 🎉

Come find us at the corner of 8th Street & C1 Avenue and be among the first to try our traditional Rothenburg-inspired Schneeballen. We’ll have them available in all kinds of great flavors with plenty of fun toppings. 🇩🇪

There’s something pretty special about looking at what started as an idea and realizing, “Wow… we actually did this.”

Here’s to our first season, everything we’ve already accomplished, and everything still ahead. 😁
