Specializing in organic, fresh, local, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and raw superfoods. We offer freshly made smoothies, juices, soups, salads, sandwiches, spring rolls, teas, coffee and other refreshing dishes. Our goal is to bring delicious and healthy options to all whom visit our cafe and to build a community of like-minded health aware individuals. Kirsten and Quincey have been married for 15 years and live a simple and healthy life, traveling and wandering around the United States, soaking up knowledge about the food system and experiencing what life is really about. We settled down in the local area to farm organically and to share what we have learned. We have a passion for REAL food and helping others to be as healthy as possible. Our principles are simple just like our lifestyle: to eat healthy, to live healthy, to live simply, to help others be healthy and to support our local farmers and community in the process.
