It has been brought to my attention that there has been some concern posted to Facebook as to exactly what ingredients we use here at First Wok, specifically concerning our meat dishes. Our menu clearly states we offer chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, scallops and imitation crab made from white fish. That is the only meat we prep and serve at our establishment as well as many vegetarian and vegan meals if you prefer! If anyone ever has any questions or concerns about our menu feel free to give us a call, our staff would be more than happy to help.

It is truly disheartening to see people that feel a need to spread such harmful lies, especially when it comes to family owned businesses. False claims like these are not funny and can have serious effects on any business. I love my restaurant and would never do anything to jeopardize it. All of us here at First Wok work very hard every day and are determined to offer our customers the highest quality food and service possible. I would like to thank our loyal customers for your continued support and hope to see you soon!

As a long standing business and member of the Bloomington- Normal community, we are attempting to take every precautionary measure we can to protect the health of others, while still providing excellent service to our neighbors and loyal customer base.

We will remain open as long as our staff and cooks are in good health and there is no government call for a mandatory quarantine.

With that being said here are some of the things we are doing to ensure your health and safety;

1. Employees with colds or aches are to stay home with no penalty. Hand washing and/or sanatizing are mandatory after every in person transaction.

2. We want to encourage our customers to order delivery.
Stay Home! Its ok we got you covered!!

3. When ordering please use a debit or credit card for a no contact exchange at your door. Use the special instructions field in online orders if you would like to have your order left on the doorstep - we are ok with calling first then leaving the food at your door step!
