She is passionate about helping organizations operate more efficiently by delivering reliable, high-performance technology tailored to their specific needs.
Throughout her time at Smithville, Shannon has consistently exceeded her sales goals and is recognized as a top performer on her team. In the community, Shannon actively advocates for causes close to her heart, such as the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Indiana Chapter. She currently serves as the Executive Event Chair for the 2026 Walk to End Alzheimer’s – Bloomington.
