It has spicy tuna, cucumber, and purple cabbages. Topped with mayo and gochujang sauce.

This roll was inspired by BTS’s creativity and diverse music. This roll uses flavors from their comfort food/personalities, according to Erica.

Super Tuna created by Jon Harman.

It has spicy tuna and pickled radish. Topped with spicy mayo, gochujang sauce and green onion.

Jon said the roll was inspired by BTS member, Jin. Jin’s birthday celebration song is about fishing for a “super” size tuna.
