A few tips on how to make your breakfast healthier:
1. Use whole grain pancakes or waffles instead of regular pancakes or waffles.
2. Add fruits to pancakes or waffles.
3. Use lite syrup instead of regular syrup.
4. Use low-fat spreads (e.g., low-far mayonnaise or butter) instead or regular varieties.
5. Try whole grain breads and whole grain cereal.
6. Add sliced bananas between a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
