IT WAS BOYS VS GIRLS IN SEASON OPENER
Two couples had a chance to show their significant other who’s in charge when it comes to shuffleboard prowess. After a series of hard fought games between the 7 teams (14 competitors), it was Bonnie - of Ralph and Bonnie - and Brooke - of Vic and Brooke - facing off in the championship with their not-so-better halves (this, according to a poll of other competitors and spectators). It was quite the spectacle complete with insults, serious smack talk and each team determined to humiliate the other. It took them 2 games but in the end it was a traditional outcome with the dudes on top.

FORMER AMERICAN IDOL CONTESTANT PLAYS THE A&P!
At 15, Lexi Tieffle entered and won a singing competition at StarPower. At the urging of several individuals she trusted, Lexi auditioned for and received a golden ticket on American Idol's Season 23, making it to the Top 46! Since then, she's been recording and releasing songs, and recently took her talents to Nashville. Now 18 and back in her native Central Illinois, Lexi is entering her freshman year at the University of Illinois and has taken her show on the road. We're pleased to announce that she will be performing at the A&P Tap next Sunday, July 19, from 5pm-8pm. Come early because seating is limited
