I’m excited to officially start offering my homemade pickled quail eggs!

Because each jar is made with fresh eggs from my own quail, availability will be limited and based on egg production so quantities will be limited to ensure every jar is made fresh.

Flavor Options:
🌶️ Spicy Chile
🥒 Classic Dill
🩷 Beet Juice
🔥 Smoked Paprika
🫚 Turmeric & Ginger
🧅 Red Onion & Peppercorn

$12 each

I’ll be out of town this weekend, so I’ll begin filling orders starting Monday. If you’d like a jar, send me a text at 832-378-0908 to reserve yours. Orders will be filled in the order they’re received as fresh eggs become available.
