T&P Good Life Meals Healthy Clean Eating Catering Service for Individuals and Small Events.

Four years ago I did not always make the best choices in life when it came to the food I ate on a daily basis. Then my life changed, a phenomenal woman was introduced back into my life and together we have dedicated ourselves to a healthier/cleaner eating lifestyle and would like to extend our meals and services to those people that just don’t always have the time to make a more balanced meal for

themselves and their families. Healthy eating is not about strict nutrition philosophies, staying unrealistically thin or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, stabilizing your mood and keeping yourself as healthy as possible – all of which can be achieved by making better choices on what we put into our bodies. Our catering service provides meals for all that are looking to make a change in their eating habits we will also provide meals/hors d’oeures for parties up to 50 people. T&P Good Life Meals will be hosting a Brunch Buffet on Saturday Sept 6, 2014. We are selling a limited amount of tickets for this 1st time event. Sausage w onion/peppers
Turkey bacon
Cheesy Shrimp & Grits
Cheesy potatoes
Curry Chicken salad
Waffle station
Berry salad
Crescent rolls with spinach feta and mozzarella
Meatballs
Pistachio pudding
Sangria
