🚒 Turned out to be a yummy night of treats for Bravest at their Beefsteak Dinner held at the beautiful Knights of Columbus Hall Friday night. 🥩

It was an honor and a pleasure to feed the Rochelle Fire Department and guests.

We had the food truck out and keeping us.... Mostly dry ⛈️

Our Beefsteak menu was plenty to feed the 85+ guests consisting of Fresh Salad, Penne all Vodka, Sliced Filet Mignon on fresh Italian bread slices, along with beverages and dessert. 😋

We want to Thank for another 🔥 cake. 🚒

Thank you #2842 for the use of your beautiful venue 👌

We also want to Thank the for having us cater your event! We look forward to next year and many more events with you!
(We clearly know the importance of brave and speedy firefighters!!! 😶)

We are taking this moment to help one of our own. Our Butcher, Cook, Brother, Cousin, Uncle, Friend Hiram and his family, wife Carmen, sons Diego and 2 year old baby Hiram have been misplaced and lost EVERYTHING due to Tropical Storm Ida last week.

We know so many have lost so much and so many are struggle still for Covid related shutdowns and unemployment.

We are asking if you are able and feel so inclined to please help support Hiram and his family in the time of need. He and his family were able to escape his sub floor apartment with the clothes on their backs and a few important papers. What is most important is they are safe and living with nearby family.

We are asking if you are able to help support Hiram and his family with any small amount you possibly can and by sharing his story with others. We, Hiram and his family want to Thank You in this difficult time of need.

We wish the best for those who have also been affected by Tropical Storm Ida and the devastation it has caused so many. We wish a speedy recovery to those who have been affected.
