Tonight's Iowa Elevated pop up dinner was a success!
The surprise menu included- sweet corn crostini with quark and prairie breeze from the Milton creamery and topped with hot honey made by Rachel Lames of Harvest Moon homestead. Apple cherry pork belly bites, garlic parmesan pea salad, hand breaded tenderloins on sourdough buns, with boursin mayo, corn on the cobb and cheesy potatoes also known as 'funeral potatoes'. Dessert included scotcharoos and sour cream raisin pie! It was all a success and turned out awesome! Thank you to everyone that came and ordered carry out! Even managed to get some pictures!
