COFFEE TRENDS WE'RE ✨NOT✨ HATING AS ROASTERS

Many people ask us why we got into home-roasting and brewing, and here's why!

These are some small ways that our morning coffee can have an affect on our health, environments, wallets, and community just by choosing to brew at home. By no means are we against the occasional big-chain brew in the aesthetic plastic cup, but learning to find more sustainable ways to enjoy coffee from home is so much more fulfilling!

Our current roast comes from a small farm in Honduras ran by Lourdes Figueroa (pictured in image 5). By purchasing single-origin, farm-gate coffee, you can support coffee farmers like her all across the world!
