Meet Deb!

Deb is a manager and has been with the cafe since January! Deb also has been baking our specialty muffins and pies. You’ll see her both during the week and on the weekends.

Deb is from Kentucky, but moved to Blanchard last year. She moved here with her family after serving in the US Navy. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, baking, running, and traveling. Deb is also a Mom to three kiddos and married to her husband of 6 years!

Deb’s favorite menu item is the chicken bacon ranch with jalapeños and diced potatoes! Her favorite drink is our wildflower latte.

We have 3 kitchen spots open, we do provide training, so even if you don’t have experience you are encouraged to apply.

Our shift slots are 2-8pm and 4-9pm for evenings.

Meet Kaylee!

Kaylee is a barista/manager. You’ll mostly see her here on the weekends, but she’s been serving a little bit on the week days too. She has been working at the cafe since early January!

Kaylee has lived in Blanchard her whole life. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, boyfriend, and most importantly her dog Beau! She also just graduated with her bachelors degree!

🎉 WE'RE HIRING! 🎉

As we celebrate one year of Bernard's Back Porch Café, we're preparing to expand our team as we work toward offering evening hours!

Our goal is to extend our hours to:☀️ Wednesday–Saturday: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM☀️ Sunday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

We're currently hiring for the following positions:
🍳 Kitchen🍽️ Servers☕ Barista (Saturday Only)

⭐ We're currently looking for a Saturday & Sunday morning server (experience preferred) to start now, along with team members interested in evening shifts.
Training will begin in August so we'll be ready to welcome more guests in the coming weeks in September.

If you're dependable, hardworking, and enjoy serving others in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you!
