This week we have our spin on a canoli.

Waffle cone shell filled with a caonli cheesecake filling. The ends then can be dipped in mini chocolate chips or chopped pistachios or one of each!

We are on the third week of Tacos and we’ve taken some of the constructive criticism and made our tacos even better!!!

We have started putting a thin layer of chocolate shell on the inside of the waffle shell to make the shell better protected from the ice cream. We also changed our packaging to a more air tight container to protect from the humidity of the freezer.
