Happy Birthday to the OG/BHB Nicole! 🥳 The one who stepped up and took over running Buck Hill when things got heavy & somehow became the glue holding it all together. She’s the one behind the scenes doing a little bit of everything (and probably fixing everyone else’s everything 😂), keeping the wheels turning, the chaos organized, & Buck Hill going strong. Most people will never know half of what she does—and that’s because she makes it look easy. Today we celebrate the boss, the fixer, the heart behind it all, and our favorite lady. We are ‼️CLOSED‼️today to the public for our private event Bourbon, Beer, & Cigar Night. We will reopen tomorrow September 18th normal hours to serve all your craft brew beer needs and Chef Roger will be serving up New Weekend Specials. We’re honored to be featured as #3 on My Family Travels’ list of 13 New Jersey restaurants worth the drive! We’re pretty excited about this one…Buck Hill was recently featured by My Family Travels, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible write-up. From our giant Bavarian pretzel & Signature Buck Hill Burger to our wings, craft beer, cozy dining room and outdoor patios, they captured so much of what makes this place feel like home. But the best part of Buck Hill has always been the people who fill these tables, gather around the bar, spend summer nights on the patio and continue to support us year after year. Being called a “middle-of-nowhere New Jersey restaurant worth the drive” sounds pretty perfect to us. Thank you to My Family Travels for shining a spotlight on our little corner of New Jersey—and to all of you who make Buck Hill a place worth writing about. If you haven’t made the drive yet, maybe it’s time. And as always Thank You for Supporting Local 🍺

And you KNOW we couldn’t have our very first Girls Night without the main OG herself — Nicole, the ultimate Buck Hill boss & lady! 💛 She’ll be there hanging with the girls, pouring the good stuff, roasting some s’mores & kicking off what we hope becomes one of your favorite Buck Hill traditions. So grab your girlfriends and come spend the night with us — good drinks, sweet treats, lots of laughs and absolutely no boys required. 😉
