Another great event in the books! Big O's Backyard BBQ catered for the IUOE Local 571 annual open house to celebrate another round of well trained apprentices completing the program!
This is one of our favorite events we do every year. Congrats to all of the apprentices on your achievements, and thanks to the trainers for Local 571 for having us back again to cook for your event!

Just a little look at what we've been doing this weekend. Just a little catering going on tomorrow, for the Local 571 Operators Union open house.
7 briskets, 8 pork butts, 13 slabs of ribs, and 5 whole pork bellies worth of burnt ends. And some sides too..🤤

What a way to kick off football season! 🌽🏈

A HUGE thank you to everyone who ordered one of our Husker Kickoff packages! We seriously appreciate every single order and hope everybody is sitting around tonight with full bellies and plenty of leftovers.
You guys (and the early kickoff time) kept us BUSY this morning, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

While we will be busy catering a large event next weekend, starting September 19th, we will be running some great football saturday sales! So make sure and follow us so you dont miss out!

Just a reminder — you don't need 150 people, a wedding venue and a seating chart to have us cater. 😂

Birthdays, football parties, family get-togethers, work lunches… or just enough people coming over that you really don't feel like cooking.
