Hi! I’m Zach, a rising sophomore from Blaine. Over the last two summers I have run a business selling ice cream from a cart behind my bike. This business (Zippy’s Ice Cream) has provided me with a great, firsthand opportunity to explore licensing, logistics, marketing and sales behind a mobile food vending business. For those who wondered, I am licensed, both by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture as a food vendor and as a registered solicitor in the City of Blaine. I have mainly sold on the north side of Blaine.
