Hello hello! We hope you all had an amazing holiday! As you may have heard, our beloved owner Laura Massaro is facing some health issues and is officially taking some time off to start her healing journey. The business is staying in the family, and her son-in-law will now be operating the restaurant on her behalf. Laura is determined to come back stronger than ever, but until then her family is holding down the fort! We are bringing bigger, better, exciting things to our little slice of heaven and can’t wait to share with you as time goes on. Thank you for all of the kind words and thoughtful prayers you have sent along this past couple weeks. Laura is beyond grateful for the love and support she’s received from her community, and hopes to continue sharing hers once this battle is won! Border Town Pizza is Laura’s pride and joy, as she has dedicated so much of her life to keep this business up and running for all of you. We will continue to do so for as long as you’ll have us!

If you haven’t seen it yet, the family of Border Town Pizza has orchestrated a gofundme account to help her with her upcoming expenses. If you are able, every single dollar helps! We are so grateful for all of the donations already received, and for all of the shares! This means the world to us. Laura is set to have surgery tomorrow afternoon, so let’s give her a big send off with well wishes and strength in the coming new year! 🎉

Before the night is over, we just wanted to thank everyone for the major turnout last night for our Christmas festival! Big thank you to our wonderful Santa for being so amazing with the kids, and to Patty Oldham for her holiday card crafting skills she so generously shared with the community! This was the first of many Christmas festivals to come, and are so happy to have shared it with you all! 🎄🎉

One week away from our big Christmas event! December 16th from 5-7:30, we will be hosting SANTA! 🎅🏼 There will be kid friendly activities like arts and crafts, Christmas bracelet making, ornament decorating, and table games! Massaro’s Bakery will also be selling all your favorite Christmas treats like cookies, gingerbread cupcakes, hot cocoa, and more! Every kiddo will be given a goodie bag from Santa, so reminder that the event is FREE 🎉
Alongside all the festive fun, we will be running dinner specials starting at 4pm until close! 🍕

We will have a HUGE backdrop for family photos, and will be running a contest on Instagram for “family of the year.” The winner will receive a free family dinner ON US 🎄 The winner will be announced on December 23rd! Just be sure you post your family photo and tag Border Town for a chance to win!
