We had a kids meal refresh! You can now order Mac & Cheese as the entree of our Kid's meals. It is a better option for some of our younger kiddos.

We are loving how much our menu is adapting to better fit preferences! It makes it a lot easier to feed the whole family in one restaurant stop.

See you and the kids soon ❤️

Launching leaders is a foundation of who we are and to launch people you need to grow & develop them 🚀🧨

We are blessed to be able to invest time and money into our leadership team in the restaurant and at outside learning opportunities. It is also a huge bonus getting to spending quality with our leadership team outside of the restaurant.

Alex and a few of our Operations Leaders (Shift Leaders) got the opportunity to go to the Global Leadership Summit this past month. They came back refreshed, fueled with learning and ready to move the needle.

Although they learned a lot of lessons that they can apply both in the restaurant & in their future leadership careers, they also got to have some fun and an incredible dinner. Our team loves board games so they had a blast in their downtime enjoying some friendly competition. If you have never played “Bang” we recommend.

Does develop like this excite you?

We asked Alex & the leaders what they learned - here’s a few things:

“Everybody wins when a leader gets better”

The conference was about more then investing in their growth as a total leader more then directly to CFA immediately. And when they become better leaders, I know those they lead will win more, including their personal lives and career trajectory in CFA and beyond.

If I had to pick a CFA focused growth it would be these leaders interact with the most people on our team and we want them to be able to elevate them to lift the performance of those around them.

We learned lifelong leadership principles and skills in connecting with people as people 1st, how lead from conviction and courage. We heard from world class leaders like Jim Collins and Andy Stanley on “What to make of a life?” as well as the 3 questions every leader should be asking? Including “What would a great leader do?”

We also learned how to engage in hard conversations that help both parties align and move in the same direction even in disagreement.

Did you hear about our upgraded coffee menu?

In the last month, we have changed our coffee game by adding not one but two new flavors to the menu. We also have changed the way you customize our coffee. We want you to be in control of how you enjoy your coffee.

Our mobile app allows you to customize your milk with either 2% Milk (iced coffee option) or Sweet Cream (Cream Cold Brew option). You can then choose your flavor from S'mores to caramel to chocolate or Vanilla. Or if you prefer we can also do an iced coffee unseated with no milk. The possibilities are endless and simply to do!

Our coffee is also a 24 oz coffee for less than $5! It's kind of a steal in today's economy😉
