I am deeply saddened by the passing of Charlene Peay. Please accept my heartfelt condolences, and I extend my sincere sympathy to her mother Annie Peay and the entire family during this difficult time.

Charlene was a dedicated pillar of the Blackstock Community, consistently demonstrating a willingness to assist others despite her demanding schedule. The attached photograph, featuring Charlene, Iris Sneed, and Sheriff Montgomery during their visit to BFC, serves as a testament to her commitment. She possessed a unique ability to connect with everyone she met, welcoming each individual to our community with warmth and kindness. Her presence will be profoundly missed.
