Cafe Diem will make you the best goddamn cup of coffee you ever had or your money back. All of our beverages are brewed, percolated, steeped, or infused using the nation's finest municipal drinking water. Lake Tahoe tap water contains no fluoride or other chemical additives. Just pure filtered alpine lake water, brought to the Tahoe Basin as snow and carried to Lake Tahoe by pristine mountain streams.
