Founded over 70 years ago, Sunburst Trout Farms® is a third generation family grown trout farm located in picturesque Haywood County, NC. The colorful rainbow trout are grown in the pristine waters coming from the Shining Rock Wilderness in the Pisgah National Forest, and processed in a state of the art facility down the road in Waynesville.

Their commitment to quality shows in the many products produced by the farm, and we're happy to offer our guests their trout in our Local NC Sunburst Trout Small Plate

At Trillium, our goal is to bring an elevated farm to table experience into a comforting and hospitality driven space. By using local vendors, we are able to offer you the freshest ingredients and the most delicious meals every time you visit!
