The season has changed and so has what's ripe. We've been slowly rolling out our summer menu as fresh, seasonal ingredients arrive to local markets, and this one is right off the vine.
Heirloom Stuffed Tomatoes. 🍅
Our take on Tomates à la Provençale, a classic French preparation that lets a great summer tomato do exactly what it's meant to do. Roasted heirloom tomatoes stuffed with Gruyere, breadcrumbs, fennel, and summer produce, dressed with a marigold gastrique made from marigolds grown right here in our garden.
