📝 Here’s how to make it:

🥣 Blend together:
• 16 oz whole milk ricotta
• A pinch of Spice It Up Himalayan Pink Mineral Salt
• 2 Tbsp Spice It Up Meyer Lemon EVOO

Blend for 1–2 minutes until light, smooth, and fluffy.
