While the developer is developing I'm in the background researching menu items. You can rest assured that we will feature, BBQ, Fried Chicken, awesome tacos and burritos, hamburgers, and salads. How about a crispy taco dipped in homemade Nacho Cheese sauce?

We're going to something like this!

The restaurant business is changing but one thing never changes.....good old home-cooked comfort food. For 50 + years the Chilleen Family has been providing Arizona with great downhome food and the legend will continue in Downtown Black Canyon City! The picture below is of the former Satisfied Frog in Rocky Point which we closed in 2020. We can't bring you the Frog but we can bring you THE CHICKEN!

We will do this....cute our own bacon!

I keep stumbling on great menu ideas for Mesquite Wood Flat! ( a Chilleen's on 17 and Crazy Ed Creation) How about Smoked Brisket Nachos?
