We are asking for the publicās help in identifying the individual shown in these surveillance photos.
On July 15, 2026, at approximately 1:48 PM, an incident occurred at Ichiban Japanese Grill Ramen & Sushi in Bismarck. During business hours, while a staff member briefly stepped into the kitchen to retrieve a takeout order, an individual entered the employee-only area behind the front counter and a bag containing our restaurantās business cash was reported stolen from a cabinet.
This matter has been reported to the Bismarck Police Department, and an official investigation is currently underway.
