40 Steak + Seafood Enjoy fresh fish, oysters and great steaks in a cool laid back atmosphere. Stop in and take a tour of the dry aging cooler and learn all about dry age steaks.

40 Steak and Seafood is the only steakhouse in the upper midwest that dry ages their own steaks in house. We never use frozen seafood and fly our seafood in on daily basis. We use local ingredients whenever possible and our menu changes daily. Reservations are always a good idea.
