The Monterey Ranch Chicken Sandwich brought the flavor all month long with crispy chicken, bacon, ranch, Monterey Jack cheese, lettuce, and tomato - and soon it’ll be gone.

Somewhere along the way, our parking lot developed a fan base.

What started as a simple reminder to avoid our landscaping rocks has enjoyably taken on a life of its own.

First, we'd like to thank the person who introduced us to the concept of time being measured in Pre-Rock and Post-Rock. We have reviewed the suggestion and can confirm this is now the official timeline system at Scotty's.

Today, we are proud to provide the official "Marked Safe From Hitting The Poles At Scotty's" graphic. Please share it as needed so your friends and family know you have safely entered and exited our parking lot.

We have also received several requests to add checkered flags near the entrance. We checked with our insurance company, and apparently, anything that could be interpreted as promoting reckless driving is "strongly frowned upon".

Finally, thank you all for coming along on this unexpected, rock-filled, pole-protected journey. We've laughed at the comments, shared them around the restaurant, and had an absolute blast watching this take on a life of its own.

Whether you've been with us since Pre-Rock, joined during the Great Pole Expansion, or are just now catching up, we're glad you're here.

Drive safely. Enjoy the burgers. Respect the rocks. Appreciate the poles.

Hello everyone. Pole here.

First, I would like to thank the community for the overwhelming support and interest since my arrival at Scotty’s. Reaching over 100,000 views in less than 24 hours is honestly more attention than I expected for simply standing erect in one spot and doing my job.

Some would say, my only job.

I would also like to take this time to honor those who came before me:
The Rocks.

Strong. Dependable. Unmoving. Except for those two times.
True pioneers in parking lot defense.

I am proud to stand next to them.

As for me, I hope to continue their legacy with strength, visibility, and significantly more red paint.

Please slow down when entering and exiting the parking lot and watch for cars when taking selfies with me. The burgers, fries, and shakes will still be here when you arrive.

We’d like to pretend the landscaping rocks were all part of a clever social media campaign… but people really do keep hitting them.

So after multiple encounters between vehicles and rocks, we would like to officially introduce:
The Poles.

Yes. Those big red concrete poles are there for a reason. 😅

Please slow down when entering and exiting our parking lot. We know the building is beautiful and the burgers are delicious, but we promise — your beef tallow fries will still be hot and fresh even if you don’t arrive at NASCAR speed.

The rocks are undefeated. Let’s not see what the poles can do.

You know what the best part of a long weekend is?

Starting the week off with Tartar Tuesday.

One extra day off somehow makes a burger with fresh, homemade tartar sauce taste even better. And today? It’s $2 off.

Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave everything for our country and our freedom. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.

This Memorial Day, we are proudly closed as we take time to reflect, remember, and honor those who served and sacrificed for us all.

From all of us at Scotty’s, thank you to our fallen heroes and to the families who carry their legacy forward every day.
