A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Class of 2001, Chef Ché has built a career defined by creativity, technical excellence, and a relentless passion for elevating cuisine through bold flavors and refined ex*****on.

Throughout his career, Chef Ché has led kitchens in six of the nation’s most competitive culinary markets—New York City, Las Vegas, Miami, Boston, Los Angeles, and Birmingham—bringing his expertise to luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, upscale casual concepts, and high-volume hospitality operations.

We’re proud to introduce an entirely new menu that marks the next chapter of our restaurant.

Led by new Executive Chef Ché Gaines and General Manager Coe Taylor, we’re embracing a renewed vision centered on exceptional hospitality while working with local farmers to highlight the best in season.

With more than 25 years of culinary excellence, Chef Ché brings an incredible depth of experience to our kitchen. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, his career has taken him through some of the nation’s most celebrated culinary destinations, where he’s developed a style rooted in classic technique and inspired by Southern traditions, Caribbean flavors, Latin influences, and global cuisine. His passion for storytelling through food is at the heart of every dish you’ll experience.

This new menu honors the legacy of Galley & Garden while introducing fresh ideas, refined techniques, and seasonal ingredients that reflect Chef Ché’s creativity and vision.
